Frequently asked questions
How much is a car service in Brisbane?
Basic Engine Service from $249 and European Service from $299, incl. GST. Logbook services are quoted to your car’s schedule before we start.
Will an independent service void my new-car warranty?
No. The ACCC confirms you can use an independent workshop, as long as the service follows the manufacturer’s schedule with suitable parts – which we do, and we stamp your logbook.
How often should I service my car?
Most cars every 12 months or 10,000–15,000 km, whichever comes first – check your logbook or ask us.
What’s the difference between genuine and OEM parts?
Genuine parts come in the car maker’s box; OEM parts are made to the same specification, often by the same supplier. We’ll tell you the options and price for each.
How long does a service take?
Most services are done the same day. We’ll let you know when your car is ready.
